Award on World Environment Day
Achievements
Concrete is the second most used substance on earth after water; thus, it has a significant environmental impact. TNA is committed to the initiative of reducing ‘Carbon Footprints’ and accordingly it uses the Low- Carbon Blended Cements in the production of concrete. Hence, TNA uses supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) like flyash and GGBS in concrete mixes along with cement. Further optimizing the use of these materials could reduce cement and concrete emissions greatly. Also as part of this initiative, we have installed “Betonwash” appliances in all our plants which has capability of retrieval of excess concrete and slurry water from cleaning trucks, pumps, mixer, buckets etc. Slurry water is discharged from the Betonwash by owerflow into storage tanks and is normally re-used in the concrete production.

Recently the Government of India has also recognized the efforts taken by TNA and felicitated Shri Sachin Navale -Managing Director of TNA on the occasion of ‘World Environment Day’ celebrated on June 5, 2023 at New Delhi.

Chemexo Speciality Products
Chemexo has started its business of manufacturing of ‘Construction Chemical Admixture’ in the year 2018. Chemical admixtures are the ingredients in RMC other than cement, water, and aggregate that are added to the mix immediately before or during mixing. Admixtures enhance the properties of concrete for applications in construction with special requirements. Admixtures are used to achieve desired workability in case of low water cement ratio, and to enhance setting time of concrete for long distance transportation of concrete. Most admixtures are supplied in ready-to-use liquid form and are added to the concrete at the plant or at the jobsite. We have started this business in the year 2018 and also set up the manufacturing facility at Taloja MIDC with production capacity of 2400M.T.
Rockcrete Industries
Rockcrete Industries is into business of supplying the aggregates. Aggregate is another vital material apart from cement required for production of RMC. Rockcrete has aggregate crusher plant of 250 TPH capacity at Wada, Dist.Thane.
Navale & Co.
Navale & Co. has started its operations of cement transport business way back in 1984. At present it has fleet of 25 nos. of cement carrying bulkers. It’s associated with Cement giant in the industry like ACC, Bharti Cement, JSW etc.
